How it works:

 
The QUPA S303 wire binder is one of the easiest easy and most convenient manual binding machines on the market . First you punch paper you need binding by placing the paper into the punch opening. Repeat this process until your entire papers to be bound have been punched. Once complete, insert a wire into the punched holes in document, then place the document horizontally under the wire closer on the top of machine and pull the handle down to close the wire. Binding is now complete.
