The Multigraf modular knife folder MKF-35 is designed to fold large stocks of paper and card and is used by businesses to fold paper, cardboard, greeting cards, booklets, folded sheets and leaflets. This is an extremely flexible solution for the folding of paper stocks and weights up to 3 mm in thickness which can all be easily and precisely folded. It's unique design allows the machine to be used online to the Multigraf's folding and creasing machines as well as with machines from other manufactures.  Create your own machine by choosing: infeed system, counter, delivery, machine table.

To respond to the different requirements, a choice of five infeed systems are available. The MKF-35 , may used as a parallel or a right angled folder. In combination with the correct infeed device and a height adjustable stand. It can be used as a versatile folder in combination with different applications.

Together with a standard vacuum or a deep pile feeder, the MKF-35 runs as a stand-alone parallel folding device. As soon as a belt or roller infeed conveyor is applied, the machine can run products online from another unit. This same configuration offers the possibility of some online application with machines other than the Multigraf products.

Possible online applications are with creasing machines, endless form cutters, digital printers and booklet makers of any type.

The MKF is equipped with adjustable, heavy duty spring loaded combination rollers to achieve accurate and precise folding of difficult and thick products.

Adjustments of the machine
The operation of the MKF-35 is easy. The length of the fold adjusts by a simple dial with an integrated millimetre scale. The backstop is equipped with a skew adjustment. All other functions are fully automated and self controlled.
